Friendly staff ensures a client feels confident and relaxed. Staff are highly experienced, respectful and helpful. Nothing, however minor, is too much trouble for the staff, they are are extremely helpful.

Always friendly at reception. The hygienist is great, always explains what she is doing and why, the dentist is always thorough and ready to give advice. All in all a great company!

I love everything about this dental practice. Moving to Rowcroft was the best thing I ever did. All the staff are outstanding. My teeth and gum health has improved 100 % wish I’d joined years ago. I used to be phobic about dentists but not anymore. My hygienist is thorough, she loves her job and it shows. I’m super happy with my dentist too.

As an extremely nervous patient all the staff went above an beyond to put me at ease and reassure me . From entering the hygienist and her assistants room to leaving the dentist and his assistants room I cannot rate this practice high enough . They have been incredibly patient and kind .

I am a very nervous patient and Lucy my dentist makes every visit as easy as possible. Lucy explains everything that’s going to happen beforehand and again as she does it. She tells me she can stop at anytime if I need to and to just raise my hand.

Absolutely brilliant team .Extremely friendly and efficient. More of a family than a dental practice. Treatment and compassion is second to none and I could not recommend them more.

I’ve always been dealt with in a friendly and professional manner. When I’ve need urgent care I’ve been seen , any concerns that my dentist hadn’t been able to deal with I’ve been directed to the appropriate care. I have complete confidence in the care that Rowcroft Dental Care provide.

Although nervous about attending dental appointments I have always felt completely comfortable and feel absolutely confident that if I recommend the Surgery to someone else they will be well looked after. I have been a patient for many years and have never hesitated to recommend it to others.

Following a recent dental treatment on Friday 30th August, 9.00am with Dr Dimitrios and his supporting dental nurse, I came away so impressed with how comfortable, efficient and successful the procedure had been, with no discomfort after. I can truly say that was the best dental treatment I have ever experienced, so well done and thank you both! I would also like to extend my gratitude to the whole Rowcroft Dental Team, including receptionists and Dental Hygienist team who provide a fantastic service which is making a big improvement to my dental health and I am sure your other clients will agree with me. This is the first time I have used Rowcroft Implant Centre and found the quality of service and attention detail fantastic. I had quite a bit of work done and Dr. House and his team were great, from the initial consultation, extraction, bone augmentation through to the final implant placement. I'd highly recommend this practice for anyone considering having this work.

I'm very nervous of the dentist, I had a bad experience at previous place, my dentist is brilliant, she's made me feel not so nervous, the reception staff are lovely too.

Dentist Lucy Li has recently carried out my complex cosmetic dentistry which included a replacement bridge and some cosmetic fillings. Such care was taken by Lucy to manage each step perfectly and the end result has far exceeded my expectations. I’m thrilled with the results and would thoroughly recommend Lucy to anyone looking for cosmetic dentistry.

Delighted with the entire implant experience. The costings were honest and fair - mine even went down from the estimate, as I did not need any extra work. Though I was lucky to have such a straight forward procedure, everything was explained clearly and sympathetically. Though it took quite a few weeks, from extraction to final implant fitting, it was always a positive experience. Highly recommended.

I feel I need to reassure anyone needing a root canal and crown at Rowcroft; I had 3 of them in the space of 10 months! In my opinion, Dimitrios is the best general dentist to do them; he was very careful with his root canal approach, and mine were tricky (previously on the NHS, I had 2 unsuccessful root canals).....plus I'm extremely pleased with the crowns, I can confidently say Dimitrios has done a fab job!

I highly recommend Dr Dimitrios Ntanos who has recently dealt with supplying me with a new set of dentures, which I am extremely pleased with. I have had new dentures before supplied by other dentists but they have never been satisfactory.10/10
