Kind efficient receptionists and a brilliant kind caring dentist

Never had to wait long to be seen, receptionist was friendly, dentist and hygienist were both good and friendly.

The person carrying out the oral check (including scraping and cleaning my teeth) was vey efficient and helpful.Dr House then carried out a thorough inspection of my teeth for damage and discovered a cracked crown in a rear tooth and a further appointment was made for that to be remedied.

I have been a patient at Rowcroft for many years and have never had a cause for concern or complaint about my treatments which have been many and varied . The dental plan is a great way of making the treatments affordable and certainly encourage me to attend regularly.

The clinicians are friendly and always very professional. When being treated, I feel comfortable in the knowledge that I can trust their expertise.I’ve been a patient at Rowcroft Dental Care for many years now and have never had any reason to complain. The new look of reception and waiting area makes it a pleasant environment to be welcomed into.

Elizabeth the hygienist has incredible care & expertise putting you at ease instantly. Nothing is too much in making you comfortable. At my request she uses warm water & warm air suction to help clean the teeth without setting off my sensitivity. She’s so kind with the treatment & excellent bedside manner. This is why I pay private for the care of the patient.

A regular 6-monthly checkup and hygienist is well worth the monthly fee. Everyone is friendly and personable. It’s easy to make and change appointments and the in-person approach is much more amenable than the new doctors surgery where everything is online and complicated. The hygienist’s equipment is state of the art. So far in more than 10 (15?) years I haven’t had any dental interventions and Dr House doesn’t do X-rays more than absolutely necessary. I always feel respected and well cared for. Thank you.
