Lucy made me feel more informed, comfortable and at ease than any dentist I've ever been a patient of. She explained everything in enough details as to be accessible to me but not too much to worry or concern me with unnecessary potentials. When I felt anxious she calmed me in a firm yet warm way. I actually woke up the next day and forgot I'd even had the crown fitted until someone asked me how I went, that's how quick recovery was. She is an absolute asset to your business and I'm so glad I found her. She has a patient for life!

The reception staff are always polite and helpful. The dentist and hygienist whom I see regularly are always friendly, polite and very professional. My questions are always listened to and answered satisfactorily.

I phoned at 8.45am with a problem with my bridge and got an appointment at10.30 same day. Dentist was helpful and efficient and sorted the problem in less than 15 minutes. Always helpful, understanding and trustworthy.

The welcome is so friendly even passing a technician in the corridor. Reception is very efficient. People call me by my first name and remember me. Especially Be ky the hygenist she remembers details about family etc in a lovely way. She is so skilled with powerful equipment!!
